Could we please ask you to make sure:
All swimmers who want to wear goggles have their own pair with them at every session (we do not always have spare pairs at every session and these all need adjusting to the individual).
All swimmers with long hair wear a hat, or at least have it tied back tightly (long hair gets in their faces, causes unnecessary stopping and could get tangled in the lane ropes).
Having correctly fitted goggles and wearing a hat allows the swimmers to be more comfortable and streamlined in the water, leading to less stopping mid-length, and more able to concentrate on improving their swimming technique.
Any questions, please ask us.
Thank you for co-operation
Fiona, Brian & Elaine
